To secure a date, a deposit/retainer is required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please be advised, dates and appointment times will only be reserved when the deposit are received. -We accept deposit payments via PayPal.
Also note: A trial session does not ensure the reservation of your wedding date. Availability changes instantaneously, so early booking is highly recommended.
Booking with a promotional price
In order to respect the promotional price, you will need to send just ONE payment deposit/retainer amount. We cannot accept split/separate payments from party members.
In order to respect the promotional price, all the services must be at the same location.
Booking times
We allocate ample time for each bridal party member to get their hair and makeup done: 50 minutes for makeup - 50 minutes for hair
The booking confirmation contains a proposal schedule with the start time and end time initialed and approved by the client.
Each service requires a certain length of time to finish and is not to exceed the time limit.
All persons involved in makeup and hair appointments need to be available at the scheduled time. All the services must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).
Payment
The balance of wedding services is due on the wedding day. The balance needs to be paid in CASH when the services are completed.
On the Wedding day, the individual balances can be paid by each person when each service is completed or the person who made the reservation can pay the FULL BALANCE when all the services are completed.
If your quote included promotional prices, and you prefer to pay your FULL BALANCE in advance using PayPal, it needs to be paid 20 days prior to the wedding day and a 5% service fee will be added to the final amount due.
Cancellations
If one or more clients in the wedding party cancel their service, the deposit/retainer paid can NOT BE REFUNDABLE or NON – TRANSFERABLE.
Only in the event of a pandemic, the deposit may be applied to reschedule the wedding date up to one year after the original date or 50% of the deposit will be returned if you prefer.
Extra fees
Travel fee will apply outside of the Sayulita, Punta de Mita and Litibu areas. Please contact us for the exact quote.
Please be advised that our prices do not include the fee that some Hotel/Resorts charge their clients for bringing in outside wedding service providers. You need to check this with your chosen accommodation.
